Welcome to ShellShakti Yoga.

As a 500 hour-certified ISHTA Yoga teacher, trained at Be Yoga/Yogaworks,
I offer healthful yoga instruction classes and private instruction for all ages.
I also bring a sense of fun, joy and compassion to all of my classes for both adults and children.

I am certified to teach yoga to children via Karma Kids Yoga and Little Flower Yoga. I am also certified through Street Yoga to bring the benefits of yoga to at-risk and homeless youth, helping them improve their health and provide a sense of calm and self-worth. Additionally, I teach prenatal yoga and restorative yoga. 

I am able to teach at a number of yoga studios around the city, or in the privacy of your home or office. Please contact me for more information regarding private classes, yoga at your workplace or group class instruction.
