Review of my restorative class on Rate Your Burn

Hey folks,

Check out this review of my restorative yoga class at ISHTA Downtown on Rate Your Burn, then come on down! Lactic Addict rated the class at four-bars-I-would-go-back, and said:

I feel Restored, but I'd Drop and Give Her 20 if She Asked. Shell means business. Pitch black hair, covered in tats, doesn’t smile much. She runs a purposeful class, using copious props, moving us from pose to pose every 3-5 minutes. I liked the structure, and thoroughly enjoyed the class once as I embraced her stern style.
