New class alert!

Here are some of my great new classes starting soon, I hope to see you there! 

 

Mon nights at ISHTA Yoga Uptown 8pm Basics Level (a great class for beginners)

Sat morning at Yo Yoga 10am on the Outdoor Roof Deck! An Open Level class in the beautiful summer sun! Come join us in this pretty, quiet outdoor space!

Sat morning at 11:15am at ISHTA Yoga Uptown! You asked and they listened, a Basics Level class in the new UES space once again right before Douglass Stewart's class, come take both!
